It has been a recognized need to improve communication among the IRSMEA community to improve the exchange of ideas for betterment of the fraternity and improvement of the system. There has been a feeling that hierarchical and bureaucratic communication is slow and ineffective, especially in large organizations such as Railways. To provide a quick, easy and fast channel of direct communication between the members of IRSME community and top level policy makers - we must have a solution.To achieve this, what better and quicker mode than email!
Members may now send in their views, suggestions, or grievances regarding any issue related to IRSME community, Mechanical Department or Railways in general, by email to the President/IRSMEA at irsmea[AT SIGN]yahoo[DOT]inThe mails must be to the point, concise and in clear language. In the subject space "Letter to President/IRSMEA" may be written to ensure that these are sorted in the correct position. Also, please write your name, designation etc clearly.
We expect that these mails will attract the attention of those in positions of power and policy and result in better understanding, perhaps a solution in some cases.
